Follow these simple steps below

  1. Log on to www.nimspure.com
  2. Sign up as member to enjoy RM5 off for your order or proceed to explore the website.
  3. Choose your favourite items, click on ‘Add To Bag’ button with desired quantity.
  4. To review your items, click ‘Bag’ icon at the upper right corner of the page. You may enter discount code if you have any applicable promo code or discount voucher.
  5. Please double check all your items before you click ‘Check Out’.
  6. Fill in your Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option, then click on Place Order to proceed with payment.
  7. You will receive a confirmation email shortly after successful payment has been made.

Your order will be processed as soon as possible. Thank you for your orders and trust in us.

The skincare is suitable for ages 20 and above.

No, unfortunately we cannot modify orders once they have been placed. All sales are final. Once order have been placed, our team will process your orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you are unable to cancel or modify the order. Kindly double checks your order before make payment.

We’re sorry you received with missing, incorrect and damaged item. We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition, but mistakes can occasionally happen. We love our product so much and your satisfaction is as equally important to us! We assure you that we double check on our products before send out to you. However, shipment is out of our control and items might get mishandled during shipping phase. Please contact our Customer Service team care@nimspure.com  within 14 days of delivery so that we could assist you further. Please provide photos of your broken item(s) with your order number so we can see the affected items and get it resolved asap! We strictly do not offer returns an exchange due to hygienic reasons. We sincerely apologize and hope you will continue shopping with us.

Delivery takes 1- 5 working days within West Malaysia. Orders from East Malaysia would take 3 -7 business days. You can track your order here: https://www.myparcelasia.com/track  If you do not receive within stated date, let us know, contact care@nimspure.com.

We usually take within 1-2 working days (exclude weekends & public holidays) to process your order. However, shipping could take a bit longer if we have a new launch or promotion or special holiday occasions.

Our products are sold exclusively online on www.nimspure.com.

We do accept credit cards. When paying by credit card, your name and billing address must match the address on file with the card issuer. We also accept online banking using Toyyib Pay.
